Senior Construction Planner

Role Description The Owner at Highrinn will provide strategic direction for the business while overseeing daily operations in a part-time, remote capacity. Responsibilities include defining service offerings, setting growth priorities, and maintaining relationships with client companies and candidates. The role involves supervising recruitment and profiling processes, reviewing key performance metrics, and ensuring high-quality, ethical, and inclusive talent practices. The Owner will also manage brand positioning, guide marketing and partnership initiatives, and support the team with decisions on tools, workflows, and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with experience guiding business strategy or managing a service-oriented organization.
• Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR consulting, or career counseling, with an understanding of candidate profiling and job matching.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and team members, demonstrating clear and respectful communication.
• Comfort working in a remote, part-time environment, including effective time management, self-organization, and use of digital collaboration tools.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data, market trends, and feedback, and to translate insights into actionable improvements.

• Experience in business development, marketing, or brand management within HR or related services is beneficial.
