Senior Construction Scheduler / Project Controls Consultant (Remote)

Full-Time Remote | Philippines | U.S. Eastern Time

Compensation: Starting at USD $2,000/month, negotiable based on experience

Leopard Project Controls LLC, a U.S.-based construction scheduling and project controls consulting firm, is seeking 1–2 experienced Construction Schedulers based in the Philippines to join our growing team in long-term, full-time remote positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive baseline CPM schedules based on construction drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project execution plans.
• Maintain and update construction schedules, evaluate progress, analyze critical paths, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Independently coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to obtain progress updates and resolve scheduling issues.
• Lead or participate in client scheduling meetings, present schedule updates, and communicate findings and recommendations.
• Prepare professional schedule narratives, progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Perform resource and cost loading, manpower forecasting, and schedule-related cost reporting.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality, and deadlines.
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant CPM Scheduling and Project Controls experience, preferably across different construction project types.
• Strong working knowledge of industry-standard scheduling tools, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated experience independently developing baseline CPM schedules and managing regular schedule updates.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles, construction sequencing, schedule analysis, and resource/cost loading.
• Excellent written and spoken English, including the ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients.
• Strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Experience with U.S. construction projects, including commercial, infrastructure, federal, industrial, or MEP-intensive projects, is a plus.

Work Arrangement & Compensation

• Location: Philippines (100% remote)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (overnight hours in the Philippines)
• Engagement: Full-time, long-term consulting position with fixed monthly compensation
• Compensation: Starting at USD $2,000/month, with higher compensation available based on qualifications and experience.
