Job Description This is a remote position. Experience in working within ITAM ServiceNow Module (HAM/SAM) Understanding of complete asset management lifecycle (Software/Hardware) Technical background and understanding of IT service Infra, scripting and software technologies. Proficiency with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation capability. Experience in business process management, including writing, processes, and process improvement plans.
