At Aurecon, we are engineering optimists who see the world differently. We ask what’s possible and turn ideas into impact. Here, you’ll bring your expertise to challenges that matter, alongside people who think boldly and are determined to make a difference.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Learning & Leadership Consultant in our Learning & Leadership team, you’ll help strengthen leadership, consulting and commercial excellence across Aurecon. Based in New South Wales or Victoria, you’ll partner with leaders and subject matter experts across Australia and New Zealand to create learning experiences that build capability, support behavioural change and improve business outcomes.

You’ll combine strategic consulting with hands-on facilitation, coaching and learning design, including:

· Partner with business leaders and People teams to identify capability priorities and shape practical solutions aligned with Aurecon’s strategic and commercial objectives.

· Facilitate engaging face-to-face, virtual and blended leadership and professional development experiences.

· Coach individuals and groups to support leadership growth, behavioural change and the transfer of learning into everyday work.

· Apply adult learning principles, evidence-based practices, digital platforms and AI-enabled tools to enhance learning effectiveness and accessibility.

· Use participant feedback, business insights and performance data to continuously improve learning experiences and demonstrate their organisational impact.

Your experience and expertise

· At least eight years’ experience designing and facilitating professional skills, leadership or capability development programs.

· Advanced facilitation and coaching expertise, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and create inclusive learning environments.

· Strong business partnering, consulting and stakeholder influence skills.

· Experience working in a complex organisation, ideally within professional services, consulting or a project-based environment.

· Relevant qualifications in adult education, organisational development, psychology, human resources, coaching or a related discipline.

· Confidence using digital learning technologies and AI tools. Coaching, facilitation or contemporary psychometric accreditation will be advantageous.

· Some travel across Australia and New Zealand will be required.

How we support your growth

Engineering possibilities for your career means having room to shape what comes next. You bring your ambition and commitment to lifelong learning, and we provide the foundation and development to help you turn your aspirations into achievement.

The Aurecon Way guides how we think, act and work together, what we value and how we invest in our people. You’ll be part of a culture built on clear expectations, optimism and determination, where you can feel safe, included and empowered to speak openly, think boldly and deliver brilliantly.
