Account Management & Partner Growth:

  • Own partner relationships and account plans, with clear priorities, growth opportunities and engagement actions.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner decision-makers and position Visa as a strategic growth partner.
  • Lead regular business reviews covering performance, pipeline, product adoption and agreed actions.

Pipeline & Commercial Development:

  • Identify, qualify and progress commercial opportunities across the partner portfolio.
  • Connect partner priorities to Visa capabilities across fraud, disputes, analytics, digital acceptance and platform solutions.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline and coordinate proposals, business cases, negotiations and internal approvals.

Product Adoption & Ecosystem Growth:

  • Drive adoption of tokenisation, passkeys, Click to Pay and other priority acceptance capabilities.
  • Develop repeatable commercial plays that scale Visa solutions through partner platforms and merchant ecosystems.

Cross-Functional Execution:

  • Act as the primary internal advocate and point of coordination for the partner portfolio.
  • Align internal teams to remove barriers, progress partner priorities and deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Provide clear updates on relationship health, pipeline, delivery risks and decisions required.
  • Work with product and specialist teams to translate capabilities into clear partner value propositions, including preparation and delivery of innovation workshops and client discovery.

Licensing & Partner Enablement:

  • Guide partners through licensing, onboarding and enablement as part of the broader account growth plan.
  • Coordinate key requirements, dependencies and escalations to maintain momentum and improve the partner experience.
  • Use onboarding activity to establish the foundation for product adoption and long-term commercial growth.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in account management, business development or partnerships within payments, acquiring, fintech, financial services or enterprise technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, develop account plans and convert opportunities into commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, pipeline management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex products and processes clearly and influence across local, regional and global teams.
