ABOUT THE ROLE
GrowthMasters is hiring a dedicated, hands-on content creator and video producer for a fast-growing AI company serving the US home-care industry. You will turn customer stories, interviews, podcasts, product footage, founder ideas, and industry moments into video people genuinely want to watch.
This is not a role for someone who only builds content calendars, manages agencies, or hands briefs to an editor. You will personally shape stories and produce polished work: short-form videos and reels, customer case studies, UGC, YouTube content, product and founder videos, and fast-turn campaign or announcement assets.
The goal is to build a repeatable video engine across platforms—especially YouTube—without sacrificing quality, credibility, or judgment. We want a high volume of strong work, not AI slop.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Partner directly with company leadership to turn a long idea backlog into an organized, prioritized production pipeline.
• Create high volumes of short-form video for YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and paid-social reuse.
• Produce compelling customer case-study and testimonial videos focused on measurable results, memorable operational stories, trust, and why customers chose the company.
• Turn interviews, podcasts, customer conversations, demos, and event footage into platform-specific clips with strong hooks and clear narratives.
• Develop authentic UGC concepts for agency owners, operators, schedulers, caregivers, patients, and families.
• Create founder-led, product-demo, partnership-announcement, campaign, and event content on short timelines.
• Own editing from raw footage to publish-ready asset: structure, pacing, captions, graphics, music, sound, color correction, lighting improvements, B-roll, and mobile readability.
• Make sound editorial and privacy decisions about what can be shown publicly.
• Maintain the content calendar, asset library, production backlog, and review process.
• Use performance feedback to improve hooks, formats, topics, and distribution—not just report vanity metrics.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• A strong portfolio of video content you personally created—not only work your team or agency delivered.
• Proven ability to produce effective short-form content at meaningful volume while keeping the quality bar high.
• Excellent storytelling instincts: you can find the hook, cut the filler, make proof memorable, and build trust without overhyping.
• Strong hands-on editing skills, including color correction, lighting remediation, captions, audio cleanup, B-roll selection, pacing, and mobile-first design.
• Experience turning imperfect raw footage into polished, useful assets without making the result feel artificial.
• Experience with customer case studies, testimonials, UGC, podcast clips, founder content, or B2B/vertical-SaaS video.
• Strong judgment around confidential, sensitive, or not-yet-public information.
• Comfort working directly with a founder or senior leader and turning many ideas into an executable system.
• High ownership: you request missing inputs, push projects forward, manage revisions, and deliver without waiting for a perfect brief.
• Fluent professional English and strong overlap with US business hours.
• AI-native working habits. You use AI to accelerate research, ideation, scripting, transcription, repurposing, and production—but never as a substitute for taste, accuracy, or human judgment.
ESPECIALLY VALUABLE
• Experience with B2B SaaS, healthcare, home care, vertical software, or operationally complex industries.
• YouTube channel development: Shorts, standard videos, playlists, packaging, and retention-oriented editing.
• UGC production and creator/vendor coordination.
• Experience creating assets for both organic and paid-media teams.
• On-camera interviewing, directing, or filming ability.
• AEO/content-discovery knowledge.
THIS ROLE IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF
• Your strength is content strategy, but you do not personally create and edit.
• You need a large production team or pristine footage before you can ship.
• Your portfolio is mostly generic corporate video without strong hooks or platform-native execution.
• You optimize for volume by publishing low-quality, inaccurate, or visibly automated content.
• You prefer detailed instructions instead of turning ideas and raw material into a plan.
• You want an internship-style learning role. This seat needs someone ready to own the work.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first 30 days, you will understand the audience, audit the available footage and ideas, organize the production backlog, establish templates and review workflows, and begin shipping strong work from existing assets.
By 60 days, the company should have a reliable short-form cadence, an active YouTube content system, and a repeatable process for turning each interview, podcast, event, or founder recording into multiple useful assets.
By 90 days, the content engine should be predictable: stronger stories, faster turnaround, fewer production bottlenecks, a growing library of customer proof, and clear performance feedback guiding what gets made next.
HOW TO APPLY
Please include three examples you personally created:
1. One short-form reel or YouTube Short.
2. One customer story, testimonial, or case study.
3. One example where you improved imperfect footage or turned a long source into multiple strong assets.
For each example, explain your exact role, tools, turnaround time, and result. Also include a short note on how you would turn a 45-minute customer interview into a two-week cross-platform content package, plus your availability and CV or LinkedIn profile.
Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid practical exercise using a realistic but controlled brief.
