• Printbelle is a global print-on-demand (POD) fulfillment platform with production facilities across China, Europe, and the US. We help eCommerce businesses and entrepreneurs scale through high-quality products, reliable global fulfillment, and technology-driven solutions.
• As we continue expanding internationally, we're looking for an experienced and creative Senior Creative Designer to join our international team.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Marketing Design

• Create high-quality visuals for social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Design promotional materials for product launches, webinars, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts that align with Printbelle's global branding and commercial goals.

Branding & Visual Communication

• Maintain a consistent and professional brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Develop brand assets, presentations, and other visual materials for internal and external communication.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas to strengthen Printbelle's global brand image.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the international marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Manage multiple design projects independently while meeting deadlines.
• Proactively suggest design improvements based on business needs and market trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in creative design, digital design, UX/UI, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, web design, and digital marketing creatives.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual quality, and versatility across different design projects.
• Good understanding of branding, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in eCommerce, print-on-demand (POD), or SaaS is a strong advantage.
• Experience using AI-powered creative and design tools is a plus.
