Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis products, with a primary focus on Power BI. Develop comprehensive documentation, blogs, and video tutorials that educate both internal teams and external customers on the effective use of data analysis tools and methodologies. Mentor and train Level 1 (L1) data analysts to enhance their troubleshooting skills and ability to independently solve issues Collaborate directly with customers to understand their data analysis requirements, providing prompt and effective solutions to their queries. Ownership – Go beyond Requirements Must have technical skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science) Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data analysis role Proficiency in data analysis products, with a primary focus on Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly Rated Expertise in Advanced SQL (Analytical / Aggregate Functions). Proficiency in Azure services related to Data Analytics. (don’t have to be DevOps or blob expert though) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and directly with customers Expert level skills in Advanced Excel in having the ability to understand Lookup/Pivot and translate the same in a BI Tool.Good to Have Good to Have Skills Demonstrated Experience in using ETL Tools (Azure Data Factory)/Data Warehousing and Data Modeling (Star Schemas / Snowflake Schemas) Exposure to additional BI processes like Power Automate, and Power Apps.
