You'll design cloud data solutions, drive client engagements, and contribute to proposals that close deals. Technical depth is a must – but so is the ability to lead a room. What will you do: You'll get into the details, own the technical direction, and make things happen – across engineering, client work, and everything in between You'll design and build data pipelines and architectures that are production-ready – using Databricks or Snowflake, Azure, dbt , Matillion , or whatever the right tool is for the job. You set the standard, review the work, and make sure quality doesn't slip when deadlines get tight You'll lead client engagements end-to-end – from the first requirements call to architecture sign-off. That means translating business problems into clean technical solutions and being the person in the room who both sides trust Y ou 'll help with pre-sales too – as someone who shapes the proposal, runs the PoC, and gives clients confidence before the contract is even signed. You'll grow the team – mentoring junior engineers, sharing knowledge through tech sessions and webinars, and creating an environment where people actually get better at their craft And when you see something that could be smarter, faster, or more automated?
