Senior Data Engineer (AI, ML)

At our partner’s company in the Limburg region, large volumes of data are collected from the aviation industry, but its full potential remains untapped. That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Data & AI Engineer to build a future-proof data architecture and governance framework from scratch and transform this data into valuable insights.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape a brand-new data environment, put AI and machine learning on the map, and directly contribute to better products, deeper customer insights, and a competitive edge in the market. You’ll see the tangible impact of your work firsthand.

Profiel

• You have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in data engineering and hold a master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
• You have strong knowledge of Databricks and experience in data architecture and data governance.
• You have experience with AI and machine learning and understand how to apply these technologies in a data environment.
• You take ownership, think strategically, and enjoy building something entirely from scratch.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You know how to ask the right questions, translate stakeholder needs into practical solutions, and collaborate closely with different teams.
• You are fluent in English. (Dutch is a plus, but not a requirement.)
