We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a growing AI & Data Science team in Tokyo.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about building practical AI solutions and leading projects that create real business impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the development and implementation of LLM-powered solutions.
• Drive projects involving Generative AI, RAG, and AI agents.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other team members.
• Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions and products.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with LLM application development.
• Experience with RAG, LLMOps, or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience leading technical projects or small teams.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (N2~N1).

📍 Location: Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid)
