Job Description
This is a remote position.
The Senior Developer will be responsible for end-to-end development across Salesforce platforms. The role involves building scalable solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and collaborating with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications on Salesforce platforms.
Build custom workflows, scripts, and automation to support business processes.
Develop and manage integrations between enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
Configure and customize
Salesforce
modules (ITSM, ITOM, or related areas).
Develop Salesforce solutions including Apex, Lightning components, and flows.
Collaborate with architects and product teams to define technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues.
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
Support deployment activities and release management processes.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across platforms.
Required Qualifications
9+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
Experience building enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and system design.
Experience working in Agile and distributed team environments.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Technical Skills
Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL)
REST/SOAP API development and integrations
Data modeling and enterprise application design
Version control: Git / GitHub / GitLab
CI/CD pipelines and release management
Middleware/integration tools (MuleSoft, Kafka, or similar)
Cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services / Azure (preferred)
