We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate automated platforms that enable reliable, secure, and scalable delivery across SaaS, cloud, and on-premises environments. You will play a key role in CI/CD implementation, infrastructure automation, environment management, and production reliability, working closely with development, QA, and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and deployment across multiple environments, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability while minimizing build failures
  • Enforce version control best practices (branching strategies, tagging, artifact management) and support release cycles, including validation, smoke testing, and rollback strategies
  • Store Plan & Code Templates in Git repositories alongside application code, allowing template updates to be version-controlled, code-reviewed, and tracked
  • Automate environment provisioning, configuration, and upgrades, building reusable automation components to improve scalability and reduce manual operations through scripting
  • Deploy and manage environments across development, testing, and production stages, handling the full lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, upgrades & patching, decommissioning) while ensuring standardization and compliance
  • Support multi-client and multi-environment setups in SaaS or hybrid models
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure end-to-end observability of platforms and pipelines, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and improve system reliability, SLAs, and operational KPIs
  • Manage environment data lifecycle (data provisioning, masking for non-prod environments, sampling and reduction) and support database operations such as migration, sanitization, and reconciliation while ensuring security and data governance compliance
  • Act as a technical escalation point for environment and platform incidents, troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure and pipelines, and coordinate with support and product teams for resolution
  • Collaborate with development, QA, product, and client teams to ensure integration into CI/CD pipelines, test automation, environment consistency, release readiness, and smooth delivery across the project lifecycle
  • Promote DevOps principles such as automation-first, continuous integration & delivery, and shift-left testing, while identifying inefficiencies and contributing to internal tooling, documentation, and standardization
  • Share knowledge and support onboarding of new team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps
  • Advanced proficiency in version control systems (Git)
  • Skills in template engines, specifically FreeMarker (FTL)
  • Competency in scripting with Shell, Python, and Groovy
  • Background in Linux/Unix operating systems
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, primarily AWS
  • Knowledge of RDBMS databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar)
  • Showcase of building and operating CI/CD pipelines in complex environments
  • Understanding of monitoring and observability tools, as well as SaaS / distributed architectures
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure in production environments
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, team-oriented with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset
  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
