Senior Digital Marketer (E-commerce Focus)

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Digital Marketer with strong expertise in scaling e-commerce brands.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital marketing
(Performance marketing with paid Meta Ads & Google Ads is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Manage and scale monthly ad budgets with strong ROI focus
• Handle end-to-end e-commerce ad strategy (traffic → conversion → retention)
• Work on Shopify ecosystem including checkout flow optimization
• Improve website performance (landing pages, CRO, user journey)
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
• Provide actionable insights and data-backed decisions
• Collaborate with creative and influencer teams by giving clear creative direction
• Ideate UGC video concepts and guide execution with influencer team
• Identify winning creatives and suggest new variations based on performance
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and winning strategies
• Build and optimize different funnel strategies based on what is working

Requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience in running high-budget ad campaigns
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads (mandatory)
• Prior experience in e-commerce marketing (must)
• Good understanding of Shopify and conversion funnels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
