- Craft the strategic narrative required to secure executive alignment, funding, prioritization, and sustained adoption
- Serve as a senior advisor to executives on AI strategy, AI-enabled operating model evolution, and enterprise transformation choices
- Reimagine clinician experience by understanding pain points, redesigning workflows, and activating clinicians into AI-supported ways of working
- Modernize employee experience, adoption, learning, readiness, and behavior change for AI-enabled operating models
- Partner with UX, product, clinical, operational, and technology teams to ensure AI improves the end-to-end experience, not only the technical process
- Ensure patients, members, and caregivers experience AI as simplicity, clarity, access, and better care delivery
- Design the future-state operating model, including structures, roles, rhythms, decision pathways, and accountability mechanisms needed to scale AI across clinicians, workforce teams, business partners, and technology organizations
- Lead governance frameworks, prioritization processes, and executive forums that improve clarity, speed, quality, and risk management
- Integrate clinical, operational, UX, product, data, engineering, quality, and delivery teams into a unified reimagination engine for AI-enabled care delivery
- Define maturity models, scorecards, standards, and continuous improvement routines that sustain AI adoption after initial transformation
- Lead the evolution of the AI Delivery Lifecycle across pods, sprints, and deployment cycles, ensuring readiness, quality, safety, and value realization
You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
