Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Division Order Analyst to support our clients on a project basis. This role is ideal for an independent contractor with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly working with operators. You’ll work as a 1099 contractor, managing your schedule and deliverables independently while collaborating with client and EPC teams to meet project goals. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret title documents, leases, and drilling plats to ensure accuracy and consistency Calculate and verify GWI, NRI, and GNRI with a high level of precision Clearly communicate ownership findings to royalty owners and internal stakeholders Collaborate with client and EPC teams to meet project milestones Ensure data and deliverables are clean, complete, and audit-ready Solve complex title and ownership issues across multi-state, operated assets Qualifications 5+ years of senior-level Division Order Analyst experience supporting operated wells Advanced understanding of lease interpretation and complex division order calculations Experience with assets in one or more of the following states: TX, NM, ND, OK, MT, OH, PA Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and accountability Highly responsive and proactive in both internal and client-facing communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving mindset with adaptability to shifting project needs and timelines Advanced proficiency in Excel Experience with SAP PRA and/or S/4HANA highly preferred Why Join EPC as a Contractor Consistent Work for Top Performers We maintain a steady stream of project opportunities for high-performing contractors.
