Senior Ecommerce Email Strategist / Lifecycle Marketer

MoonCommerce is a boutique lifecycle-marketing agency for Shopify brands. We’re hiring a senior ecommerce email marketer to own strategy, copy, analysis, and outcomes across a focused group of client accounts.

This is a full-time, long-term remote role for someone based in South Africa. Compensation is US$2,000–$2,800/month, based on experience and proof of work.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Campaign calendars, lifecycle strategy, and flow improvements

• Campaign and flow copy across distinct brand voices

• Klaviyo execution, segmentation, testing, QA, and reporting

• Performance analysis and clear next-step recommendations

• Designer briefs, deadlines, and team communication

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong hands-on ecommerce/DTC and Klaviyo experience

• Excellent English copywriting and senior-level strategic judgment

• A relevant ecommerce email portfolio showing work you personally contributed to

• Analytical thinking, initiative, and ownership

• Agency or multi-account experience strongly preferred

• Good design judgment; Figma or hands-on design skill is a bonus

• Based in South Africa

• Available full-time with four hours of overlap with Israel business hours, Monday–Friday
