🚀 We're Hiring: Senior ELT / Java Developer 🚀


Join us in driving the digital transformation of ~800,000 corporate clients for a leading European bank! We are scaling a major business banking platform and migrating core applications to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in an agile, product-focused environment.


🌍 Work Location: 100% Remote (from anywhere in Romania)

📋 The Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on functional and non-functional requirements, technical analysis, and API design.
  • Incrementally design, code, test, and deploy new microservices features and ELT data transformations.
  • Perform code reviews and champion best practices across the engineering team.
  • Drive cloud migration initiatives and automate process workflows.


🎯 What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years of deep Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) experience.
  • Data & ELT (Must-Have): Proven experience building ELT workflows using dbt, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and Google Pub/Sub.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure (Must-Have): Hands-on expertise with GCP, Terraform, GitHub, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/GKE).
  • Architecture: Strong background in microservices, API management (Apigee), and Cloud Security.
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
