Senior End User Computing Engineer

TCCA is seeking an experienced Senior End User Computing Engineer to provide remote technical support in a fast-paced, client-focused IT environment. This role supports end users across Windows and macOS, manages cloud-based devices and applications, and troubleshoots technical issues while delivering an excellent user experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide remote support for Windows and macOS end users

• Manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Addigy MDM

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, cloud, and basic networking issues

• Manage and resolve tickets within established support workflows

• Support device provisioning and mass deployments

• Use PowerShell or Bash for scripting and automation

• Apply cybersecurity best practices across end-user environments

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of directly relevant experience or 5+ years in a similar IT role

• Strong experience supporting both Windows and macOS

• Experience with Intune and Addigy MDM

• Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration experience

• MSP or IT consulting experience

• Experience working directly with end users

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable managing your own workload
