Ready to lead one of Staria’s most strategic ERP transformation projects? As our Senior ERP Project Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of a business-critical delivery – from planning and governance through go-live and continuous services. You’ll have the opportunity to make key decisions, influence how we deliver projects, and collaborate with some of the sharpest minds in the NetSuite ecosystem.
If ERP projects excite you and you’re ready to make a lasting impact, this could be a great opportunity for you!
What it's all about
At Staria, we help growth companies streamline and scale their operations through modern ERP solutions, financial management services, and data-driven decision-making.
Our customers operate in industries such as logistics and supply chain technology, marketplaces and platform businesses, automotive, inventory-driven businesses, manufacturing, and product companies. As they grow and evolve, they often face increasingly complex processes, systems, and operational challenges, making ERP transformation a key enabler of future success.
You'll join our Finnish ERP team of approximately 30 experienced ERP professionals and collaborate closely with customers, partners, solution experts, and delivery teams. At the same time, you'll become part of a broader ERP community of around 100 professionals across Staria, offering plenty of opportunities to learn from colleagues, share experiences, and tackle challenges together. Our projects are delivered in close partnership with customers and often involve multiple vendors, integrated systems, and cross-functional business stakeholders, creating an environment where collaboration, communication, and structured execution are key to success.
How you'll make a difference
As a Senior ERP Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading one of Staria's most strategic ERP projects, involving multiple vendors, integrations, senior stakeholders, and a broad delivery scope.
You'll oversee the project from planning through implementation and transition into continuous services, ensuring successful delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budgets, quality targets, and project commitments. Rather than coordinating activities from the sidelines, you'll be at the center of the delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for the customer and taking ownership of key decisions, governance, and project outcomes.
The role also offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on project leadership with ownership and influence. In addition to driving a major ERP project delivery forward, you'll contribute to the development of our project management practices and ways of working within Staria, helping us continuously improve how we deliver successful projects.
In practice, you will:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Staria's project scope within a complex ERP transformation programme, taking ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, quality, delivery milestones, and contractual commitments.
Act as the primary delivery contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive project governance activities, including status reporting, steering group preparation, decision follow-up, and stakeholder communication.
Maintain visibility of project progress, resource allocation, effort consumption, budgets, and delivery milestones.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring informed decision-making and controlled project execution.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, key users, project teams, and partners to support process design, decision-making, testing, and delivery planning.
Work closely with internal teams and partners to coordinate integrations, testing activities, deployment planning, and go-live preparations.
Coordinate a multi-vendor delivery environment, ensuring clear responsibilities, ownership, interfaces, and management of cross-functional dependencies.
Resolve delivery challenges and escalations, including vendor dependencies, conflicting priorities, resource constraints, scope discussions, and go-live readiness decisions.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining strong collaboration, transparency, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and lead a structured transition from implementation into continuous services, ensuring knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and long-term solution support.
Your everyday at Staria
We are seeking candidates based in the Helsinki, Tampere, or Turku area. Staria’s hybrid work model offers the best of both worlds: modern offices, combined with the flexibility to work remotely. To support effective collaboration with colleagues, partners, and customers, occasional travel within Finland, including visits to Staria offices and customer sites, should be expected.
Our base salary range for this role €5,900-6,500/month, depending on your background and scope of the role. The holiday bonus is distributed evenly across your monthly pay, so it’s part of your regular salary.
What helps you thrive in this role
This role is likely a great fit if you have a proven track record of leading complex ERP implementations and enjoy operating in environments with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and dependencies. You'll thrive in this role if you're comfortable balancing strategic stakeholder management with hands-on project execution and enjoy bringing structure to complex delivery environments.
To succeed in this role, you'll likely bring:
Extensive ERP project management experience, including a proven track record of leading multiple ERP implementations from planning and design through go-live and transition to support. Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other cloud ERP platforms is considered a strong advantage.
A strong understanding of complex ERP environments, including integrations with surrounding business systems, platforms, and third-party solutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with steering groups, senior stakeholders, and executive decision-makers, including navigating challenging discussions when needed.
Extensive experience managing project scope, change requests, budgets, and contractual commitments, while maintaining alignment across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Expertise in waterfall, agile, and hybrid project delivery models, including governance, RAID management, cut-over planning, and go-live activities.
Experience working within industries such as manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, inventory-driven businesses, automotive, distribution, or product-oriented organizations, where operational processes are closely connected to ERP solutions.
Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
It would be a bonus if you also have:
Experience leading multi-country ERP implementations or rollouts across the Nordics and Baltics.
Experience supporting the transition from project delivery into continuous services or application management.
Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or SAFe.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to lead one of the biggest ERP transformation projects in Staria's portfolio. You'll have significant ownership, visibility, and autonomy while working on a genuinely business-critical initiative.
This is not a coordination role. You'll have genuine ownership of project delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and key project decisions from implementation through go-live and transition to services.
Tackle complexity that keeps the work interesting. From multi-vendor collaboration and system integrations to business-critical decisions and delivery challenges, no two weeks will look exactly the same.
Help improve PMO practices and strengthen collaboration across teams.
