Partnering with Function Heads to challenge expenditure, review performance and support financial accountability.
Working with Shared Services and wider finance teams to improve processes, data quality and reporting efficiency.
Who We're Looking For
You're an energetic, analytical and proactive finance professional who can translate detailed insights into action, challenge existing ways of working and drive process improvement to support business performance.
You'll bring:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification, with a solid financial accounting background.
Strong month end, management accounting, P&L and balance sheet experience.
Great analytical and data skills, with experience of SAP, CXO, Power BI or similar financial systems.
A hands on approach to improving reporting, processes and data accuracy.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders.
Curiosity and a genuine passion for making things work better.
