The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Senior Finance Manager to step into a newly created role. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of our Finance function.

This role will require you to act as a strategic financial partner to the Founders / Executive Directors and the engineering and operational leadership, while also being hands-on to engage with our accounting software and daily financial operations.You will be supported by our existing payroll & accounts specialist.

About You

You will be a highly capable CA or CPA, with at least 7 years experience in accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). You will thrive in a progressive commercial work environment where you ensure all the daily accounting and finance technology, processes and approvals are highly efficient, effective and compliant. You will be building out bottoms up cash forecasts, and ensuring optimal financial oversight of inventory and supply chains. You are technologically astute and have demonstrated experience directly managing foreign exchange and international trade, and in providing insightful financial data and commercial recommendations to the leadership.

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted working rights. Pre-employment screening, including background and police check as per AS 4811:2022 will be required.
