What Your Day Will Look Like As a Senior Front End Developer, you will have the opportunity to build and lead technical solutions that engage millions of sports fans globally, working with real-time sports data sources and modern front-end technologies to craft custom UI experiences. Working as an effective Tech Lead within a multi-disciplinary delivery squad, you'll bridge design, product, and engineering. One day you might be architecting component libraries, scoping technical requirements, and managing release pipelines across Dev, Staging, and Production environments. The next, you could be writing type-safe applications in TypeScript, optimizing web performance and accessibility, conducting code reviews, or establishing technical Guilds and Chapter initiatives to elevate development standards across the engineering team. You'll take real ownership of front-end delivery across your squad, driving clean code practices and communicating technical decisions clearly to internal teams and external client stakeholders.
