Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: San José, Costa Rica
Mode: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week on-site

We at Coforge are hiring Senior Full Stack Developer (#006fu00000QeELXAA3-7) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure backend services using Java 11, Spring Boot 2, and microservices architecture.

  • Design and implement secure REST APIs and collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing solutions using Angular or modern component-based frameworks.

  • Manage and optimize Oracle relational databases and MongoDB NoSQL databases, while implementing Apache Kafka for real-time event streaming.

  • Support CI/CD processes and Kubernetes-based deployments while applying software development and digital commerce best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant software development experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Java 11 and Spring Boot 2.

  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.

  • Strong knowledge of designing and implementing secure REST APIs.

  • Frontend development experience with Angular or a modern component-based UI framework.

  • Experience with Oracle relational databases and MongoDB NoSQL databases.

  • Experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming and real-time data processing.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, including Git and Kubernetes.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B and B2C digital commerce environments.

  • Practical exposure to AARI.

  • Knowledge of commerce technologies and industry best practices.

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality software solutions in complex environments.
