We're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team delivering next-generation internal platforms and AI-driven solutions used by tens of thousands of employees globally.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, business-critical applications, helping shape innovative digital experiences while collaborating with talented engineers, architects, UX specialists, and product teams in a highly agile environment.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing modern web applications that support enterprise-wide technology services. You'll contribute to the development of intelligent platforms, including AI-powered tools, whilst helping define engineering best practices and influencing technical direction.

Working as part of a globally distributed team, you'll be involved throughout the full software development lifecycle, from solution design through to deployment and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing scalable full stack applications using modern technologies
• Delivering high-quality, maintainable software in an Agile environment
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, UX Designers, QA Engineers and fellow Developers
• Designing and implementing new features, enhancements and technical improvements
• Participating in architecture and design discussions
• Driving engineering excellence through coding standards, testing and best practices
• Supporting and mentoring other engineers within the team
• Troubleshooting complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions

Essential Skills

• Strong commercial experience building full stack web applications
• Angular
• Node.js
• Java
• Spring Boot
• SQL
• Automated testing experience (Cypress, JUnit, Spock or similar)
• Strong understanding of system design and software architecture
• Passion for clean, high-quality code
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Desirable

• Docker
• Kubernetes/EKS
• Elasticsearch
• Kibana
• Experience with ATDD (Acceptance Test-Driven Development)
