Lead technical initiatives from discovery through delivery, including solution design, implementation, validation, and release. Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and complex cross-system behavior; implement durable solutions. Own the quality of releases, including testing, validation, deployment readiness, and post-release follow-through. Work closely with product, design, QA, and engineering partners to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences. Evaluate existing approaches and recommend pragmatic new solutions or technical directions that better serve customers and the product. Contribute to architecture, documentation, engineering standards, and practices that improve system maintainability and developer effectiveness. Participate in code reviews, planning, and architectural discussions. Mentor engineers and promote high standards for code quality, testing, reliability, accessibility, and maintainability.
