■Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading the development of our AI generation products as a tech lead.

As this is a startup in its launch phase, you will handle a broad range of areas including backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.

You may also have the opportunity to lead the launch of new products, in addition to managing existing ones.

■Development Style

・The team places a strong emphasis on both code reviews and pair programming throughout the development process.

・Development is consistently driven by a proactive focus on improving code readability and long-term system maintainability.

・The development approach is dynamically selected—ranging from Agile and Waterfall to Ad-hoc frameworks—depending on the specific needs of each project.

■About the Company

The company currently develops the following two products within the generative AI domain:

・Enterprise Generative AI Platform

A corporate generative AI service designed to deploy highly confidential ChatGPT environments straight to the front lines of business operations. Combining robust security with ease of operation, it streamlines everyday business tasks. Key features include forbidden-word registration and comprehensive user log accumulation, enabling administrators to monitor enterprise-wide usage, control costs, and manage user accounts seamlessly.

・IR Assistant

A dedicated service leveraging ChatGPT to optimize investor relations (IR) operations. By co-creating Q&A banks for shareholder meetings and financial results briefings alongside the AI, it enables IR professionals to focus on higher-value tasks. Delivered within an environment that places the utmost importance on security and compliance, all user-uploaded data is managed under strict confidentiality.

■Others

To facilitate smooth product development, you are required to come to the Tokyo office once a week.

Communication within the team is primarily in English, while communication with other departments utilizes both English and Japanese.

At the headquarters, the company holds weekly engineer study sessions where you can catch up on the latest technologies and insights.

■Experience Gainable in This Position

As a tech lead, you will have the experience of leading a team, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in launching new products.

Not only will you be involved in polishing existing products, but there is also planning for the launch of new products, enabling you to experience both the 1→10 and 0→1 phases.

■Required

Experience in leading a development team, or a similar role.

More than 3 years of experience in developing web or mobile applications

Basic knowledge of networks, databases, etc.

Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structure

Business level English skills

Japanese language skills (N2 level)

Currently residing in a location that allows commuting to the Tokyo office.
