Senior Functional Analyst

Our client is looking for a functional analyst to support the analysis of business processes and help define solutions from the earliest stages of the project. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to document the current and target process, facilitate workshops and meetings, and produce the deliverables needed to guide implementation in line with the organization’s standards and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops to understand and map business processes.
• Document the process definition in a way that enables analysts to use the deliverables directly for solution implementation.
• Follow up throughout the project to ensure the implemented solution matches the agreed business description.
• Work across teams to gather the information needed to accurately define the process scope and outcomes.
  
  
  

Profile

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with excellent communication skills and the capacity to translate abstract concepts into practical solutions. You are comfortable working with business stakeholders, listening actively, and connecting process decisions across different areas of the organization.
