Senior Graphic Designer We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to take ownership of Tylko's visual output across marketing channels - someone who brings both craft and creative confidence to every brief. About the Brand Marketing Team We're a diverse group of graphic designers, 3D artists, photo production specialists, and copywriters, working together to create all content across Tylko's channels. Curiosity, taste, and a drive to make things better are what we run on. About the Role As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will join the Brand Marketing team - taking briefs from concept to delivery, raising the bar on quality, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. You'll work closely with the Creative Director, Digital Designer and cross-functional teams across marketing and e-commerce, with real ownership over how Tylko shows up visually across digital channels. What You'll Do Create the end-to-end design process for Tylko's marketing channels - from ideation through to delivery - with a focus on quality and on-brand consistency Design high-performing ads for paid channels including Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of what works where and why Create compelling assets for the website, newsletters, and organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using photos, video, and 3D content from our internal creative team and external collaborators Adapt and format master creatives for different platforms and European markets, maintaining quality standards across all outputs Contribute to campaign ideation and new product launches alongside the Creative Director Champion Tylko's visual language - keeping it sharp, consistent, and evolving Why Tylko? Here's what comes with the role: One bonus day off every month Comprehensive healthcare Multisport card A dedicated budget for professional development A generous discount on all Tylko products A dog-friendly office What We're Looking For 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing and multi-channel creative work Solid understanding of paid and owned channel design - including ad specs, platform constraints, and what drives performance Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma Competent motion graphics and video editing skills A proactive mindset: you bring ideas, take initiative, and adapt quickly when priorities shift Good written and spoken Polish and English - our primary working languages Available to work from our Warsaw office at least 3 days per week Nice to Have Experience with a lifestyle brand or e-commerce environment Hands-on involvement in full creative process: from brief and brainstorm through to final delivery Curiosity about AI tools and how they can enhance creative workflows Ready to shape how Tylko looks and feels?
