Position Summary
The Senior Graphic Designer creates visually compelling content that reflects the ELIXIR MD™ brand identity across digital and print platforms. This is a fully remote role based in Egypt, working directly with our marketing and creative teams in Irvine, California. The role combines creativity, precision, and strategic thinking to communicate our message clearly and consistently to healthcare professionals and patients. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, a passion for clean design, the ability to translate complex medical and aesthetic concepts into elegant visuals, and the discipline to deliver independently across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve ELIXIR MD brand identity across all design assets.
- Ensure all materials digital, print, and environmental adhere to brand guidelines for tone, color, typography, and quality.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to refine and strengthen the company’s visual presence.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, trade show displays, product packaging, and sales collateral.
- Create digital assets for web, email campaigns, and presentations that reflect a high-end, medical-grade aesthetic.
- Support product photography, image retouching, and visual composition for promotional use.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production accuracy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design engaging digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Design assets for social media, website updates, and paid digital advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Ensure all graphics are optimized for digital performance and accessibility.
- Work closely with internal teams including Product Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure visual consistency across platforms.
- Support the creation of visual assets for product launches, trade shows, and internal presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in medical aesthetics, healthcare, or luxury consumer goods.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, and layout design.
- Experience with digital and print production workflows.
- Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or basic HTML/CSS knowledge) a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for design excellence and brand storytelling

Work Environment
Full-time, fully remote from Egypt. Your schedule will include daily overlap with our Irvine, California team (Pacific Time) for meetings and reviews, with occasional evening or weekend work around product launches, campaigns, and industry events.
