At the moment, we are recruiting for a fast-growing E-commerce brand client. We are looking to hire a seasoned Senior Growth Marketer to take part in an early-stage, startup, global E-commerce company based in Europe.

Luxmery is a fast-growing fashion brand selling in over 40 different countries and are expanding at an exponential rate, thanks to our small team of superstars. Our working environment is friendly, fun, and very much a work-hard-play-hard environment. Luxmery is the most successful brand of the TCC E-commerce group at the moment, the group has plans on emerging multiple E-commerce brands within the next 1-3 years which will present a wealth of opportunities for the top performers of Luxmery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys strategizing, and is enthusiastic about scaling the business by streamlining day-to-day operations. Your expertise will not only influence the immediate needs of Luxmery but also help us launch new brands within our group, giving you a significant leadership opportunity. About the Role:
As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee Luxmery’s online growth strategies, driving initiatives that expand our customer base and optimize the user experience.
With a hands-on approach, you’ll translate insights into targeted actions that improve engagement and drive sustainable revenue growth
About You:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in growth marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing
Highly capable, analytical, coachable, and driven with a growth mindset
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
Understanding of Luxmery’s market position and industry niche
Ability to extract actionable insights from data for continuous improvement
Strong grasp of the AARRR model (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue)
Proficient in leveraging existing marketing campaigns to increase conversions
Experience with A/B testing and tracking marketing performance metrics
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration (operations, sales, marketing, tech, customer support)
Strong understanding of e-commerce market trends and technologies
Proven track record in effectively managing teams and multiple projects
Additional digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Social Media channels) or relevant coursework in data analytics or e-commerce are a plus
Day-to-day responsibilities
As an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be expected to:
Plan and execute campaigns focused on customer acquisition and loyalty
Conduct A/B tests to refine e-commerce strategies and increase conversions
Monitor e-commerce metrics, applying the AARRR framework to guide decision-making
Provide detailed performance reports, adjusting strategies as needed for growth
Work collaboratively across departments (marketing, tech, customer support) to ensure cohesive and effective growth tactics
