The Role

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for travel nurses and allied health professionals: sourcing, screening, placing, and supporting candidates through their assignments. That last part matters most to us. At Kiwi, recruiters are advocates — not just closers.

• Source candidates across job boards, social platforms, and our internal database
• Interview and qualify healthcare professionals for the right fit — location, shift, assignment type, availability
• Build real, lasting relationships with your travelers, not transactional ones
• Support candidates through compliance, credentialing, housing, and onboarding
• Hit weekly and quarterly goals (we'll set them together, and they'll be fair)
• Generate leads and uncover new client opportunities
• Collaborate with the broader Kiwi team while managing your own book of business

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of US healthcare recruiting experience, with a strong focus on travel nursing or allied health
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Track record of building candidate and client relationships that last
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours from a home office with reliable internet
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and social recruiting
• The kind of self-motivation that remote work demands
