Senior Information Technology Program Manager

RBox International Solutions, Inc. is a Philippines-based organization providing business and operational support services. We are currently hiring for a Senior IT Program Manager or Senior IT Project Manager to support enterprise technology initiatives and collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Work Arrangement: Full-time | Permanent Night Shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT) | Work From Home

Position Overview

The Senior Program Manager leads a portfolio of concurrent technology projects across software engineering, ERP, CRM, system integration, and compliance. This role translates business priorities into delivery plans, manages dependencies across teams and vendors, and reports progress and risks directly to executive leadership.

The Senior Program Manager sets delivery standards for the team, coaches Technical Project Managers, strengthens PMO practices, and helps establish a developing PMO. This is a fully remote position reporting to U.S.-based IT leadership, with a fixed night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Delivery: Lead multiple concurrent technology projects, manage cross-team dependencies, and deliver committed outcomes on time and within scope.
• Planning and Estimation: Ensure documented project plans are established in Azure DevOps (ADO) before development begins. Review estimates, balance team capacity, and recommend project sequencing when priorities compete.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare weekly executive status reports and quarterly business reviews. Provide evidence-based RAG ratings, highlight business impact, and identify decisions requiring leadership attention.
• Intake and Scope Control: Manage incoming requests and changing priorities. Evaluate tradeoffs, implement change control, and communicate recommendations with clear alternatives.
• Risk and Escalation: Proactively identify portfolio risks, escalate concerns with actionable recommendations, and drive timely resolution.
• Vendor and Partner Management: Oversee delivery vendors and implementation partners, including statements of work (SOWs), milestones, acceptance criteria, and performance management.
• Requirements and Solution Alignment: Collaborate with business owners, business systems analysts, and engineering teams to define business requirements, align solutions, and establish acceptance and launch criteria.
• Delivery Metrics: Define and monitor delivery KPIs using ADO data, including on-time delivery, scope changes, carryover, and cycle time.
• Regulated Delivery: Incorporate regulatory and compliance requirements, including SOC 2 and applicable industry standards, into project plans, change control, documentation, and audit processes.
• Coaching and PMO Standards: Mentor Technical Project Managers in planning, ADO practices, and reporting. Improve PMO templates, intake processes, and performance metrics.
• Automation and AI: Drive automation initiatives for recurring PMO activities, including AI-assisted status reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of project management experience in IT, software, or technology, including 3 years managing multiple concurrent projects or cross-functional programs.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise technology projects, including ERP, CRM, or system integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira, including portfolio backlogs, queries, and dashboards.
• Experience presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience managing vendors, SOWs, milestones, and project acceptance.
• Experience coaching or mentoring project managers.
• Hands-on experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Willingness to work a fixed night shift, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time, with at least 12 months of continuous prior night shift experience.
• Reliable home internet connection of at least 25 Mbps, backup internet, and a dedicated private workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PgMP certification, along with PSM or SAFe certification.
• Experience delivering ERP, CRM, EDI, or data platform programs.
• Experience working in regulated industries, including pharmaceutical distribution, or with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and DSCSA.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards using ADO data.
• Experience establishing or improving PMO practices, including project intake, templates, governance, and KPIs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for project management, reporting, and automation.
