Senior Infrastructure Project Manager | Belgium (Hybrid) | Long-Term

Location: Belgium – Hybrid, with travel to Beerse (up to 20%)

Contract: Long-term | Freelance or Permanent

Start Date: By the end of 2026

Connect Vision International is recruiting an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager for a major international organisation, supporting the delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects across the EMEA region.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead 3–5 infrastructure projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality.
• Manage infrastructure migrations, deployments and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Own project governance, planning, risk and dependency management.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX and OPEX.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and Steering Committees.
• Work across global teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• At least 5 years managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical understanding of networks, servers, data centres, virtualisation and workplace infrastructure.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure migrations and large-scale deployments.
• Experience managing multiple projects in international organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management, financial management and communication skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (mandatory).
• Fluent Dutch and English (mandatory).

Nice to Have

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical devices or healthcare.
• ITIL, SAFe, Agile, Azure or infrastructure-related certifications.
• French language skills.
