Senior Instructional Designer

Job Description This is a remote position. Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with leading authoring tools and a solid understanding of SCORM and LMS environments. Key Responsibilities Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and/or iSpring Suite. Publish courses in SCORM (1.2 / SCORM 2004) and ensure proper LMS tracking. Configure tracking for completion, progress, quiz scores, and time spent. Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content into effective learning experiences. Review and test courses inside the LMS to ensure functionality and quality. Requirements Strong experience with at least one major authoring tool (Storyline 360, Rise 360, Captivate, or iSpring). Solid understanding of SCORM standards and LMS behavior. Experience exporting and uploading SCORM packages to LMS platforms. Ability to build quizzes, interactions, and assessments. Portfolio of eLearning samples. Fluent in English Flexible and good communication
