Senior Interior Architect - Workplace Design

🚀 We're hiring: Senior Interior Architect – Workplace Design (Revit)

Our EMEA team is looking for an experienced Interior Architect with strong workplace design and technical detailing skills. You'll work on high-profile corporate interiors for global companies. All our projects are delivered outside Romania, across EMEA and other international markets.

You'll be part of an international project environment, working with teams, consultants, contractors and client representatives across different countries and time zones. You'll take workplace interiors from design development through tender, construction and site support.

🔹 What you'll do

Lead and develop detailed workplace interior packages. These cover reception and arrival areas, workspaces, meeting rooms, collaboration and breakout zones, executive areas, cafés and amenities, and feature spaces.

Design and detail custom joinery, millwork, feature walls and furniture elements, and coordinate materials, finishes and FF&E.

Turn workplace strategy, brand standards, employee experience and client goals into clear, buildable and coordinated solutions.

Coordinate with Project and Technical Leads, MEP and lighting consultants, workplace strategists, cost consultants, contractors and client teams.

Protect the design intent throughout the project lifecycle.

Travel to project sites abroad when needed for site visits, design reviews, surveys and construction support.

🔹 What we're looking for

Extensive experience in workplace interior design

Excellent, demonstrable Revit skills in interior design and documentation (a core requirement)

Strong knowledge of interior detailing, joinery, millwork, FF&E, materials, finishes and construction interfaces

A track record of producing coordinated technical packages for tender, construction and site delivery

Confidence in multidisciplinary coordination with architects, consultants, contractors and clients

The ability to work independently within a collaborative international team

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel internationally when required

International workplace projects for global corporate clients

BIM accreditation or a formal BIM qualification

Experience in BIM-led environments and with established BIM standards

Projects delivered across multiple EMEA markets

Knowledge of international workplace standards and delivery processes

You can work:

fully remote from anywhere in Romania or the Republic of Moldova

on-site at our Iași or Bucharest office

hybrid, mixing remote work with time in the office

We offer either an employment contract or B2B collaboration, depending on your experience and preference.
