Senior Interior Designer

Role Description The Owner of Ten World Contracting LLC will provide strategic leadership, oversee business development, and ensure the company’s operational and financial performance meets its growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business goals, managing client relationships, reviewing project proposals, and monitoring key performance metrics for ongoing construction projects. The role involves guiding senior team members, approving budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and contractual obligations. The Owner will also represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and high-level stakeholder meetings. This is a part-time, remote role, with flexibility to manage responsibilities and attend virtual meetings across different time zones as needed.

• Candidates should possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to define vision, set priorities, and drive business growth.
• Candidates should possess business development and client relationship management skills, including experience in networking, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess financial and operational management skills, such as budgeting, resource allocation, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess construction and project oversight skills, with knowledge of contracting processes, quality standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements in the construction sector.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and decision-making skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to make data-informed, timely decisions.
• Relevant experience in construction contracting, real estate development, or a related industry is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with the Dubai market.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in ownership or senior management roles will be considered.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity, using digital tools to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
