Senior Construction Planner

Role Description As the Owner of TEN : Space Research, the individual will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the organization in a part-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining long-term goals, managing budgets and resources, and building relationships with research partners, clients, and stakeholders. The Owner will coordinate research initiatives, evaluate project proposals, and ensure that activities align with the organization’s mission and ethical standards. This role also involves developing brand presence, seeking funding or partnership opportunities, and setting up processes to support sustainable growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to define strategy, make decisions, and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with business management, including budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
• Background or strong interest in space science, aerospace, or technology-related fields.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for collaborating with partners, clients, and advisors.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain accountability for outcomes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage or evolving organization.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship, research coordination, program management, or consulting is beneficial.
• Relevant academic qualifications in science, engineering, business, or a related discipline are an advantage but not strictly required.
