About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of completed interiors who can develop concepts, make independent decisions, and guide projects from initial space planning through to completion.

What you’ll do

• Lead concept development, space planning, and interior design projects from concept to completion.

• Prepare design presentations and explain design decisions clearly to clients.

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

• Produce and review construction drawings and technical documentation.

• Coordinate designers, visualizers, architects, consultants, and contractors, and mentor junior designers.

• Manage project timelines and maintain design quality throughout delivery.

• Conduct site visits, oversee design implementation, and resolve on-site issues.

What we’re looking for

• Experience independently leading and delivering interior design projects, ideally in hospitality, residential, or boutique commercial settings.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design approach and completed work.

• Strong space planning skills and a confident understanding of materials, color, lighting, and construction details.

• Proficiency in relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Clear communication, attention to detail, and accountability for deadlines and quality.

• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and collaborate with international teams.

• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Fluent spoken and written Russian AND Ukrainian.
