We’re seeking an experienced Senior IT Projects Engineer (Level 3 Technical Support) to join a fast-growing MSP in Dublin. With record-breaking client acquisition this year, we’re expanding our team to deliver complex client projects and migrations. Expect diverse, hands-on work with a clear path for career progression. What You'll Do: Lead IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and cloud deployments . Work directly with clients to solve technical challenges. Deliver top-tier technical support for a variety of business environments. Requirements What We’re Looking For: MSP or Microsoft Partner experience is essential. Proven experience with client projects (migrations and cloud solutions). Strong technical background: Microsoft 365 Administration & Azure Active Directory & Server Migration Endpoint Manager (Intune) Windows Server, VLAN, and DNS Management Exchange & SharePoint Configuration Microsoft Certifications (or working towards them).
