Lead recruitment across multiple countries, locations, and international talent markets, adapting strategies to local talent availability and market conditions.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for IT and technology positions, using different channels.
Build and maintain international talent pipelines, proactively identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates.
Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, candidate experience, and hiring-team expectations.
Build strong candidate relationships and represent ETFbook’s culture, mission, and opportunities, while ensuring a structured, fair, and consistent interview experience.
Contribute to talent acquisition projects, employer branding, process improvements, and international recruitment initiatives as ETFbook continues to grow.
Requirements:
Min 8+ years of professional recruitment experience, with significant hands-on experience in IT/Tech recruitment.
Proven track record of recruiting for technical positions across different levels and functions, including Software Engineering, Data, DevOps, QA, and Product.
