Senior IT Support

Position Information

• Nationality: Taiwanese or Malaysian preferred
• Location: Remote

• Languages: Fluent Mandarin and basic English communication skills
• Salary: USD 3,500/month
• Age Requirement: 45 or below
• Working Hours: Generally 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, working from home. Working hours may be flexible depending on project requirements, provided tasks are completed by the agreed deadlines. Must be available on standby to respond immediately to urgent issues, including outside regular working hours.

Required Skills-


• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript, with the ability to independently write and modify code.
• Ability to build responsive layouts using Flexbox, Grid, and media queries.
• Understanding of DOM manipulation, event handling, dynamic content loading, and asynchronous requests.
• Ability to read API documentation, test endpoints using Postman or similar tools, and integrate API data into web pages.
• Proficiency in browser Developer Tools, including Console, Network, and Elements, to troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to work with existing code written by others and clearly explain the root cause of issues, changes made, and test results.
• Understanding of frontend and backend responsibilities, secure handling of private API keys, and the risks of duplicate submissions to APIs that create or update data.



Preferred Skills-


• Experience with PHP, MySQL, or other backend technologies.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Experience with domains, DNS, SSL, servers, and website deployment.
• Experience developing membership, rewards, order management, or transaction history systems.
