This Role

Provides Level 3 engineering and project leadership across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Cisco Meraki, and managed services environments, ensuring successful client onboarding, data and infrastructure migrations, escalation resolution, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to service delivery standards.

What You Will Do

• You’ll lead client onboarding, data migrations, and infrastructure projects through a dispatcher-driven service model, owning project planning, cutover, escalation resolution, root-cause analysis, accurate documentation, knowledge base contributions, and detailed time recording to support service delivery and client billing requirements.
• You’ll design, build, and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR, and Intune, while leading tenant buildouts, tenant-to-tenant and mailbox migrations, file server to SharePoint and OneDrive migrations, device management, application deployment, and automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• You’ll plan and deliver on-premises to Azure migrations, including Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID, servers and applications to Azure virtual machines, Azure networking, site-to-site VPN, Azure Virtual Desktop, FSLogix, and Azure Backup, using tools such as Entra Connect, Azure Migrate, ShareGate, and BitTitan MigrationWiz.
• You’ll configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networking solutions, including MX, MS, and MR devices, VLANs, firewall rules, DNS, NAT, VPN connectivity, domain management, and network remediation activities, serving as the escalation point for complex issues and mentoring L1 and L2 engineers.
• You’ll maintain strong operational discipline by proactively communicating project status, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders, clearly communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, supporting security and compliance initiatives, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across endpoint management, networking, cloud platforms, and managed services operations.

About You

• You have 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, with at least 2 years leading client onboarding, data migration, and on-premises to Azure projects.
• You possess expert Microsoft 365 administration and design expertise, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Entra Connect, Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, device management, and identity and access management solutions.
• You have hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Azure Backup, along with intermediate or higher PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API experience; experience with ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise Manage (PSA), and ConnectWise ScreenConnect is preferred.
• You demonstrate strong networking knowledge, including DNS, VLANs, NAT, VPNs, routing, and firewall management, with Cisco Meraki administration across MX, MS, and MR environments advantageous.
• You have excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects independently, manage competing priorities, support onsite and remote clients, and maintain service levels; certifications such as Microsoft AZ-104, AZ-140, MS-102, MD-102, Cisco Meraki CMNA, or ITIL Foundation are advantageous.
