About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Colombia and support our recruitment activities within the IT consulting industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, experience sourcing IT professionals for demanding client environments, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers, technical teams, and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
• Source, attract, and recruit IT professionals across various technical domains, including Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' technical background, communication skills, motivation, and alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Business Managers, technical teams, and international stakeholders to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring timely candidate submissions and a high-quality recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future opportunities.
• Ensure regular follow-up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity updates within the ATS.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, interview conversion rates, and placements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on IT recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting technical profiles within an IT consulting company, staffing firm, or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and market trends.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with international teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 minimum), with the ability to conduct interviews and communicate confidently with international stakeholders.
• Fluent Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for the US IT market.
• Experience working in an international IT consulting or staffing company.
• Familiarity with recruitment KPIs, ATS platforms, and structured recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting for specialized technical roles in areas such as Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Software Development.
