About the role:

• Advise on front-end and back-end construction matters across a diverse range of projects.
• Assist with construction disputes, project advisory matters and the preparation and organisation of evidence.
• Manage day-to-day matters and contribute to client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with Partners and colleagues to deliver practical legal advice.
• Mentor junior team members and take on increasing responsibility for matters and clients.

The ideal candidate:

• Ideally, at least 5 years' post-admission experience in construction law.
• Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing matters, developing client relationships and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid practising certificate.
