Your role

In this role, you will analyze clients’ IT operations challenges and help modernize monitoring and operations by leveraging Observability solutions such as Dynatrace and Datadog.

Your responsibilities will span solution design and implementation, system visualization, AIOps(Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) and operations automation, and operational improvements across cloud environments.

What you will do

• Assess existing monitoring and IT operations environments, analyze challenges, and support improvement proposals, SLI(Service Level Indicator)/SLO(Service Level Objective) design, and AIOps adoption

• Support the design, implementation, and operation of platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Elastic, Splunk, and Grafana

• Visualize and analyze servers, networks, applications, and logs, and create operational dashboards

• Support the implementation of Observability capabilities across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments

• Improve incident response and root cause analysis, integrate with ITSM( Information Technology Service Management) solutions, and drive operations automation

Required skills and experience

• Experience in at least one of the following areas: IT system operations and monitoring, incident response, infrastructure implementation, cloud operations, or application operations

• Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server

• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and HTTP

• Experience in log analysis and using system monitoring tools

• Strong interest in solving client challenges, willingness to learn new technologies, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience with Observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, or New Relic

• Knowledge of or experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Experience with automation technologies such as Python, Shell Script, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible

• Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift

• Experience with ITSM and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, JP1, Zabbix, Netcool, or BMC products

• Software development experience using Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies
