We're hiring: Fractional General Counsel (2–3 days/week)

Hola Health is one of Australia's fastest-growing telehealth providers, and we're looking for our first in-house legal counsel. This isn't a narrow specialist role. We need a generalist who can move from a partnership contract on Monday to an employment policy question on Wednesday and who knows exactly when to pick up the phone to specialist external support instead of guessing.

You'll be Hola's primary legal point of contact, working directly with our CEO on commercial, contractual and governance matters. Day to day, that covers drafting and negotiating client, partnership and supplier contracts, corporate governance and company policy, and identifying regulatory risk relevant to a digital health business, privacy, consumer law and healthcare-specific regulation. You'll also work closely with our People team on employment contracts and ER matters, and support the CEO directly on due diligence, fundraising and other high-stakes commercial decisions.

You'll shape how legal operates here from scratch, with genuine autonomy over the day-to-day, backed by access to external legal support whenever specialist expertise is needed, so you're never figuring out the hard stuff alone.
