Your Everyday at Nexi
As a Senior Legal Counsel in the Group Unit Support Legal and Corporate/M&A, Nordics, you will be part of a collaborative environment with a relaxed atmosphere emphasising teamwork and knowledge sharing. Together, we contribute to Nets/Nexi’s strategic activities and offer professional legal advice to the business and group units concerning the day-to-day operations as well as special projects.

About Your Future Role
Your key responsibility will be to provide legal support to the group units such as Technology and Procurement. This will include:

• Drafting and negotiating supplier contracts, including standard SaaS/software agreements and complex IT/outsourcing agreements
• Advising on disputes and contractual matters
• Providing legal support for strategic projects

What We Value in You
We’re looking for a driven and passionate professional with the following background and competencies:

• Experience as an attorney in a law firm and/or an internal legal department
• Excellent legal credentials
• Experience with drafting and negotiating complex contracts
• English proficiency in writing and orally, as English is our corporate language
• Ability to communicate legal advice in a clear, concise, and solution-oriented manner
• Experience with financial and/or technical services will be an advantage
