Service Owner, Collaboration & Productivity
Would you like to shape the services that help colleagues communicate, collaborate and work productively every day?
As Service Owner, Collaboration & Productivity, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of these services at GlobalConnect, with Microsoft 365 at the center of your portfolio.
You’ll combine service reliability and governance with the opportunity to shape how our collaboration and productivity services develop over time.
To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Likely Bring
You’ll own the lifecycle of GlobalConnect’s Collaboration & Productivity portfolio, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Copilot and other strategic collaboration platforms. Your focus will be to keep these business-critical services secure, reliable and well managed, while continuously improving them and helping set the long-term direction for the area.
You’ll be part of the Digital Workplace organization, in a team of 17 colleagues with experience in IT support, system ownership and specialist roles. Working across business and IT, you’ll also partner with Security, Identity Governance & Administration, system owners and external suppliers. Your work will help ensure employees have effective tools for communication, meetings, document collaboration, knowledge sharing and everyday productivity.

You bring structure and a pragmatic approach to service management, and you’re comfortable moving between strategic development and day-to-day operational priorities. You build effective working relationships across business and technical teams, and can assess dependencies, risks and competing needs to move work forward. You’re curious about how collaboration services can evolve, including through responsible use of automation and AI.

To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Likely Bring
- Several years of experience as a Service Owner, Application Owner, Product Owner or in a similar role, with responsibility for business-critical services or platforms.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra-related dependencies.
- Experience with IT service management and governance, including service transition, incident and problem management, change management and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and translating business needs into practical, scalable IT solutions.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Own the service lifecycle across the collaboration and productivity portfolio, ensuring clear governance, documentation, compliance and operational readiness.
- Define and monitor service-level objectives, availability and user experience; follow up on incidents and recurring problems and make improvements.
- Manage licensing, renewals, budget follow-up, cost control and supplier performance.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to govern access, information sharing, external collaboration, retention and service lifecycles.
- Manage cross-functional change and adoption initiatives, identifying practical opportunities for automation, AI, standardization and better ways of working.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, connecting employee needs with operational, technical, security and strategic priorities.

- The role is based in Denmark.
- GlobalConnect’s standard setup is at least 3 days per week in the office.
