Senior Limousine Dispatcher

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Eastern Time, including weekends

Compensation: $12–$15 USD/hour, based on experience

Position: Long-term, Direct Hire

We are a ground transportation company serving corporate executives, VIP travelers, luxury hotels, and private aviation clients across the United States and internationally.

We are seeking a highly experienced limousine dispatcher who can independently manage live operations in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

This is not an entry-level position. We are exclusively considering candidates with proven limousine or black-car dispatch experience and the ability to handle complex itineraries (roadshows, big-scale events, hands-on reservations)

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage daily dispatch operations using Limo Anywhere.
• Manage Intake/Reservation/Quotes for High-Stakes Events
• Assign, reassign, and coordinate chauffeurs across multiple simultaneous reservations.
• Monitor flight arrivals, chauffeur locations, trip statuses, and pickup readiness.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, delays, and operational emergencies.
• Coordinate farm-outs and communicate with affiliate transportation partners.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with chauffeurs, clients, and internal teams.
• Anticipate operational problems and resolve them proactively without requiring constant supervision.
• Maintain accurate reservation notes, trip statuses, and dispatch communications.
• Ensure consistently high service standards for VIP and corporate clientele.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional limousine or black-car dispatch experience, preferably supporting U.S. operators.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Limo Anywhere.
• Experience independently managing high-volume, time-sensitive dispatch operations.
• Strong understanding of chauffeur scheduling, airport transfers, flight monitoring, and affiliate coordination.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Reliable internet, professional remote workspace, and consistent availability during assigned shifts.
• Ability to work weekends and U.S. evening hours.
• Willingness to work exclusively with Met following a mutually agreed transition.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced professional who already understands limousine operations and can contribute immediately.

You should be comfortable making operational decisions, managing multiple chauffeurs simultaneously, and resolving problems before they affect the client.
